This Christmas, Circo de Papel brings "Aquarela" to Vila Nova de Famalicão, in a magic show for the whole family. The tent, installed in Parque da Juventude, opened its doors this weekend, welcoming an audience eager for animation, in a premiere that exceeded expectations. The shows run until 6 January.
Promoted by INAC - National Institute for Circus Arts and inspired by the book "Meninos de Todas as Cores" by Luísa Ducla Soares, the show Aquarela, through the magic of the circus, reveals what unites us as human beings: our differences. Guided by the natural curiosity of a teenager, Francisca follows her journey in search of discovering new worlds of life. On her journey, she hears enchanting stories of acrobats, aerialists and jugglers.
It should be noted that Circo de Papel is a project dedicated to Contemporary Circus and New Circus. A tent designed exclusively for artistic development and creation with the aim of bringing the magic of the show to all audiences. A space of emotions, imagination and the extraordinary, materialised in the form of a tent in homage to the origins of the circus, an itinerant space of sharing and discovery.
The sessions take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, at 10h00 and 15h00, for groups, schools, associations and companies. On Fridays, at 21h00, Saturdays at 10h00; 15h00 and 21h00; Sundays at 10h00 and 15h00. Moreover, on December 8 holidays at 10h00; 15h00 and 21h00. December 24 at 10h00 and 15h00; December 25 at 17h00 and January 1 at 17h00.
