Workshop "Dancing with the Difference" with Henrique Amoedo

Cia. Dançando com a Diferença ( "Dancing with the Difference") is internationally renowned for the shows it takes to the stage. Its cast includes dancers with and without disabilities who present shows created by some of the most important choreographers of today.
Beyond the stage horizon there is an invisible but very important reality in the whole work process of this Inclusive Dance company directed by Henrique Amoedo. In this workshop we intend to show, through the evolution of the company's repertoire, the whole process of backstage that accompanies the individual growth of all those who are affected by the ripple effect of its actions that pass through the individual transformation of its dancers, family, friends and, in a last moment, the social environment. Self-esteem, Autonomy and Self-representation are the three "As" through which everything starts. We will get to know them and we will advance towards the horizon beyond the stage.
Target audience: Teachers, specialized technicians, people with functional diversity interested in the work of inclusion through art.
